Our names are Terry & Rose and we run a B & B in a renovated old country house, with over an acre of garden, in a lovely area of rural France.

Romagne is just 10 minutes from the N10, only 40 minutes from Poitiers airport and the TGV railway passing through France to the South, which connects several times a day to local trains that stop at rural stations close by.

The property is in a pretty hamlet called Feuillebert just a 10 minute walk from the centre of Romagne where you'll find a boulangerie (bakery), a Co-op, a bar, a church, a post office, the local Mayor’s office (Mairie), sports facilities and only a few kilometres away are several larger villages with further shops, restaurants, bars and tourist attractions.

This beautiful region consists of many miles of sunflower, maize and wheat fields surrounded by wooded areas, criss-crossed with rivers. The entire area is teaming with wildlife and birds and has numerous interesting places to visit - ideal for enjoying that typical laid-back lifestyle France is famous for.

Come and stay for a night as you travel through France or maybe linger a while longer and discover the 'Secret France' that is just waiting to be enjoyed, away from the highly commercialised and busy areas normally advertised.

Evening meals are available on request using local and home grown seasonal ingredients at very reasonable prices. Terry has many years of experience of catering aboard the QE2 and providing meals in his own establishments in England. We are also licensed to sell alcoholic beverages with meals.
